A brand isn’t a logo or a visual identity.
At the age of 71, Guto Lacaz maintains the sense of adventure and humor that he has always shown in relation to art and design; although less esteemed by the market, it is recognized by peers and the public. An overview of his works can be seen in São Paulo until 11/11/2022.
In light of such a vertical position, it has occurred to me to ask myself what are the local elements of David Consuegra’s work, which has, in any case, an unquestionable global reach and presence. But why are his designs global? Because strictly speaking they knew how to be contemporaries.

Ending meaninglessness means recognizing what’s empty, fixing what’s broken, and taking the risk to try something new.
